ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO ICERUSH TERMS & CONDITIONS

I understand that even under the safest conditions bobsleigh activities involve a number of inherent risks that are beyond the control of “ICERUSH LTD”. Save to the extent otherwise required by law, I waive any and all rights/claims I may now or at any time in the future have against, and release from all liability and agree not to sue and agree to indemnify and hold harmless “ICERUSH LTD” and Host Track Management together with their principles, directors, officers, employees, and representatives for any liability regarding personal injury –mental or physical, death, damage or loss of any kind suffered or sustained by me arising out of my participation, unless it results from the negligence as recognised by English law.

I am mentally and physically fit. I am a volunteer and participating of my free will. I will comply with the safety regulations set by “ICERUSH LTD” Management. I confirm and understand the terms of this consent and acceptance of risk certificate and will comply with its terms.

Making your Booking

Please complete the “express an interest” form and forward it to icerush LTD. We will then send you a comprehensive booking form, including rates for your chosen experience and dates. You will be required to submit a 20% deposit with the signed booking form. The balance of the monies will be invoiced with our confirmation of the booking. You must pay the balance with 14 days of the invoice date; otherwise we may treat the booking as cancelled and apply our cancellation fees.

Flights

All flights booked by Icerush Ltd on behalf of guests are non-changeable. Any changes will incur the cost of a new ticket as decreed by the relevant airline.

Cancellations

You may cancel your booking at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person who signed the booking form and is communicated in writing. As this incurs administration costs we will retain the deposit and in addition we will apply Cancellation fees, chargeable as per the table below.

Passports, Visa and Health

All clients are personally responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, relevant visa/s and conform to health regulations required by the country/s that will be visited during the experience.

Alterations by us

We will do our utmost to provide the event arrangements that have been confirmed, but we must retain the right to modify or cancel any event, tour, accommodation or arrangement, if unforeseen circumstances amounting to a force majeure arise. In such circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and, should the change be such, that it alters the nature of the tour, we shall give you the choice of an alternative tour. Heavy snowfall can render the Bobsleigh track temporarily unusable, in this circumstance, alternative entertainment will be arranged. We shall not cancel any tour for reason of political tension or natural disaster unless specifically recommended to do so by the Foreign Office.

Event Cancellation

Events are costed on a minimum number of passengers travelling together. If this minimum number is not reached we will either cancel the Event and offer a refund in full or, subject to the client’s agreement, we will operate the Event at the necessary supplement.

Complaints

We will always endeavour to resolve any complaints on the spot, however if the matter cannot be resolved you must write to Graham Richardson, managing director of ICERUSH LTD, within 14 days of the end of the Event. We will endeavour to resolve the problem as promptly as possible.

Medical Insurance

You are strongly advised to take out appropriate medical insurance to cover you in case of accident. This insurance should state that bobsleigh is a permissible dangerous sport. UK citizens should bring a current European Medical Card (available at post office). This will entitle the holder to medical treatment as a member of the EU.
